We wanted to let you know of a few changes that you may be seeing with the new year. Some of you may have heard her voice over the phone or seen her in person a few times, but you will be seeing more and more of Holly. Holly is Phil’s daughter and is slowly transitioning into her dad’s role of owner of Phil’s Complete Auto Repair. Holly has been around the shop since the day she was born, since Phil opened his business just 24 days before she was born. Coming with this slow change of ownership is a few more changes.

First is a slight change in our name. We were “Phil’s Undercar Complete Auto Repair”. The name isn’t really changing much. We are just taking out the word Undercar since we do more than just undercar work. We have had a few customers come to us saying they didn’t know we did everything that we do, because of the “Undercar” in our name. Our new name is now “Phil’s Complete Auto Repair”. Not too drastic of a change, but we feel a big enough change to show we do more than just undercar fixes.

With a new name comes a new logo as well. Some logo switches might be a bit slower than others on things around the shop, but you will start seeing our new logo more and more. With Holly taking over more of the business she thought it would be a good idea for a more modern logo. She also wanted to put her own touch on the business and added some purple into the logo.

Also, coming with the new year, we are now offering key cutting services! Both for car and house, with programming. Most car and house keys available. We have a ton of keys in stock, but for some specialty keys it may take a day or two for them to come in.

We just wanted to make you aware of these changes, so you still know that we are still the same loyal and reliable auto repair business that has been around for the past 31 years. You will still see the same faces and hear the same voices. We are just giving the business a slight facelift.
